Greg went above and beyond to negotiate pricing as well as the most competitive interest rate. His attention to detail was impressive. If he was not sure of an answer, he would work to find the answer. I know he is a fairly new realtor, but I can see him moving up very fast with continued knowledge and understanding of the market, while always maintaining true professionalism. I really appreciated that I could just give him my expectations and limits, and leave all the heavy lifting of negotiations to him (where he also saved us a good chunk of money on two different contracts). I know agents probably all *should* work for my best interests, but it's still nice to know that someone takes their duty to represent you seriously even when it results in them taking home less pay on a smaller purchase contract. Hopefully I won't be buying or selling another house any time soon, but I'll be giving Greg a call if I do.
